Established by Dr. Goh Seng Heng in 2013, PPP Laser Clinic introduced an innovation in skin care to the world. Having created a combination of technologies bringing laser and light energy together, Dr Goh Seng Heng had developed a radical new technique for treating common skin conditions, largely including Pimples, Pores & Pigmentation – hence the name PPP – which were designed to restore and rejuvenate the face and body.
